We're in Australia, and ship to most countries.
Here's some information on shipping and payment.
To place an order,
please use the Contact page.

International Shipping

  EMS

The fastest and best option is Express Courier International, which uses the EMS network.
It's quick (usually 3-4 days), and has Internet tracking. An average-sized order costs $60 (US dollars) to most countries, including insurance. We will put this on the invoice unless you prefer Air Mail.

 AIR MAIL

The cheaper option is Air Mail.
It takes longer (10 to 20 days), and does not have Internet tracking. An average-sized order costs $40 (US dollars) to most countries, including insurance.
Let us know if you prefer this method. Otherwise we will put EMS shipping on the invoice.

Payment options

 CREDIT CARD (PayMate)

You can use Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
It's quick and easy. No registration is required.

If you choose this option, we will include a link to PayMate on the invoice. You simply click on it, and the price will be appear automatically on PayMate's site.

Here's some information about this option:

The total US$ cost will be Hi Cam's price plus these fees charged by PayMate:
US$0.50
fifty cents
+ 3%
of value
To protect you, PayMate sometimes runs a security check by asking you to confirm the value of a sample deposit.

If you are paying with a non-US credit card, your bank will convert the amount to your currency.

For Australian credit cards, the PayMate fee will be subject to 10% GST (on the PayMate fee only).

In choosing this payment method, the customer understands & agrees with these procedures.
 WIRE TRANSFER (Telegraphic Transfer)

If you'd like to pay this way, we will include our bank details on the Invoice. Just print it out and take to your bank. The bank will deduct the money from your account, and send it to our account.

 BANK DRAFT

Another option is Bank Draft (Bank Cheque).
The bank issues the draft to you, and then you post it to us. This option takes extra time because of the postage involved.

 AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

For Australian customers, we supply an invoice in Australian dollars (including GST).

Usually the best option for Australians is bank deposit, because in most cases, there are no bank transfer fees within the country. We'll give you our bank details when we supply the invoice.

Another option is to visit an Australia Post store and ask for a money order, which you can post to us.
